This 22K gold plated design is composed of a link chain and embellished with our signature Flower Heart medallion and an Infinity shield charm, both adorned with finely hand-painted enamel. The necklace is reversible so can be worn two ways and has the MoonRay embossing on the reverse side. The medallions are detachable and can be styled differently.
